MEMBERSHIP

The producers, importers and persons introducing electrical and electronic equipment have obligations under environmental law: the Environment Protection Act, the Waste Management Act and the relevant regulations.

Your participation in the collective system of Eltechresource JSC will give you the possibility to implement your obligations pursuant to Arts. 11, 12 and 15 of the Regulation on the requirements for marketing electrical and electronic equipment and treatment and transportation of waste electrical and electronic equipment.

Eltechresource JSC owns License ООп-21-00/ 01.11.2007, issued by the Ministry of Environment and Water, to operate as a recovery organization for the purpose of implementing the obligations of the producers and importers of electrical and electronic equipment pursuant to Art. 64, para. 1 of the Waste Management Act.

In case of failure to observe the terms provided in the acts or regulations, you are subject to sanctions amounting to BGN 1,000 to 5,000 plus the doubled amount of the outstanding fee according to the WMA (Art. 114, point 1, point 2).
